North Coast Narrative began in 2017. We are based in northern Ohio with members in Erie, Ottawa, Portage, Seneca, and Summit counties. We participate in historical events and reenactments and offer educational programs to groups and libraries.
Meet our dedicated group of historical reenactors, interpreters, educators, historians, and history geeks! Our members have a wide range of interests and enjoy exhibiting, interpreting, and teaching history!
Are you interested in scheduling one of our members to give a one-hour—or longer—presentation? We have many exciting and educational special interest topics to select from! Please reach out ask about availability, rates, and to book a presentation.
Check out the Events Calendar to find out about upcoming North Coast Narrative presentations and special—many seasonal— events! You can often find us in first-person at Historic Lyme Village in Bellevue or at a Civil War reenactment.
From cooking demonstrations to first-person speeches, we have many fun and educational videos available for your enjoyment. Our members have also contributed a number of blogs, from Ohio's amusement park history to sewing to Civil War medicine.
See photos from the many historic reenactments, special events, and speaking engagements that our members have attended, participated at, or presented.
